What personal data we collect
We collect personal data only when you actively submit it to us:
- Quote request forms (on the homepage and contact page): your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in the message field.
- WhatsApp, phone, or email contact: whatever information you choose to share when you get in touch.
We do not run accounts, checkouts, or newsletters — there is no other personal data collected by this website.
How we use your data
- To reply to your quote request and follow up on your enquiry.
- To send you the pricing, samples or product information you asked for.
- To keep records of business correspondence for as long as we need them (usually 24 months after last contact, unless we've entered into an ongoing supply relationship).
Legal basis: legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where relevant, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
Who we share your data with
We use a small number of processors to run the site and reply to enquiries:
- Web3Forms — receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email. See Web3Forms privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website. See Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Google — analytics and (where you consent) advertising measurement. See Google privacy policy.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — advertising measurement, only if we're actively running ads and only where you consent. See Meta privacy policy.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with any other third parties.
Cookies and tracking
When you first visit the site you'll see a cookie banner with two options: Accept or Reject. Nothing except strictly-necessary storage is set until you make a choice. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site — the banner will reappear.

Before you consent, Google Tag Manager loads in a limited "consent denied" mode. In this mode Google may send anonymous, cookieless pings to model aggregate traffic — no cookies are set and no personal data is collected. If you reject the banner, this behaviour continues; if you accept, the analytics and advertising cookies below can be set.

Changing your mind: to withdraw consent, clear your browser storage for acsupplyco.co.uk — the banner will reappear and you can choose again. In most browsers: DevTools → Application → Local Storage → delete the entry, or use the site-data controls in browser settings.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries and correspondence: up to 24 months from last contact, unless we've begun supplying you.
- Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics (the shortest retention Google offers on the standard tier).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to us processing it, or ask us to restrict processing.
- Withdraw consent for cookies at any time (see above).
- Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office — ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Changes to this notice
If we materially change how we handle data (for example, adding a new advertising pixel or a new processor) we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Cookie choices you've already made will continue to apply until you change them.
